Job summary Management Accountant We're looking for a talented Management Accountant to join our Finance team at Barchester Healthcare. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys variety, ownership, and leading others. About the Role You'll be responsible for producing accurate monthly management accounts, developing KPIs and reporting tools, and ensuring strong financial controls across our multi-site environment. This role is also key in supporting transformation projects - acting as the central finance lead for configuration, testing and implementation.
