he Isle of Wight NHS Trust are searching for an experienced and passionate Band 5 Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their highly skilled team.

Main duties of the job
Patient Assessment: Collating health histories, evaluating well-being, and conducting physical examinations. Medication & Treatment: Dispensing medication, managing IVs, and implementing care plans prescribed by doctors. Clinical Procedures: Dressing wounds, carrying out catheterisations, and assisting with surgical or diagnostic procedures. Monitoring & Documentation: Recording vital signs, tracking progress, and updating patient medical records to report changes in condition.

Experience Essential
Strong clinical knowledge, good initiative, and a proactive approach to work Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Honesty and integrity, and a caring patient-centered approach
Qualifications Essential
At least 6 months NHS experience in the last 3 years
