We are now looking for a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team and assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist the Head Chef and kitchen team in daily food preparation and service - Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation - Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures at all times - Help with stock rotation, prep lists, and kitchen organisation - Work efficiently during busy service periods - Support a positive and professional kitchen environment REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a professional kitchen - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Ability to work well as part of a team - Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards - Flexibility with hours, including weekends
