The role is responsible for carrying out interior and exterior painting and decorating works on residential and commercial properties, including surface preparation, painting, wallpapering, finishing, and maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will ensure all work is completed to a high standard, in accordance with health and safety regulations, client specifications, and project deadlines. The role supports the delivery of quality workmanship, property maintenance, and customer satisfaction across all projects. The annual salary is €36,605 based on a 39-hour working week.
