We are currently recruiting Social Care Workers to join reputable residential services across Ireland, supporting: Children and young people in residential care, and/or Individuals with disabilities in residential settings About the Role As a Social Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred support in a safe, nurturing and psychologically supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include: Promoting independence and daily living skills Supporting emotional, social and behavioural needs Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the service Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance service users’ well-being Essential Requirements: Minimum Level 7 Bachelor’s Degree in Social Care / Social Education / Psychology Full, clean manual driving licence English level: Good (B2+) Salary, Benefits & Relocation Package Competitive salary: €39,000 – €47,000 Accommodation support: reimbursement of €1,200 for the first weeks Flight support: reimbursement of €100 for flight tickets Permanent contract Employee Assistance Program Bike to Work scheme On-site parking Locations Available: Sligo, Cavan, Mayo, Roscommon, Longford, Galway Interested: For more information, please contact: [email protected]
