Due to continued growth, Ace Autobody has exciting opportunities for experienced Spray Painter to join our expert teams across Ireland. We are looking for qualified, dedicated professionals who take pride in high-quality workmanship and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Position Titles: Spray Painter (Multiple Locations) Locations: Nationwide opportunities across our 16 branches Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Annual Remuneration: €40,000–€60,000, depending on skills and experience Working Hours: 40.75 hours per week Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicles for painting through sanding, masking, filling, and priming Mix, match, and adjust paint colours using paint-matching technology and supplier systems Apply base coats, top coats, and clear coats using spray guns and controlled spray booth environments Inspect painted surfaces for accuracy, defects, texture, and colour consistency Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations for hazardous materials Skills & Qualifications Recognised qualification in Automotive Painting Minimum 4 years’ experience in a professional bodyshop environment Strong knowledge of OEM procedures and professional paint application methods Proven competence in the safe operation of workshop equipment and tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Full, clean driving licence required If you're passionate about the motor industry, ready for a new challenge, and want to build a career — not just a job — we’d love to hear from you.
