About this role
Rowing, canoeing or paddleboarding coach and/or hike organizer in Southern Estonia Work tasks: We are looking for a water sports coach/hike instructor who would be involved in training children and enthusiasts and/or organizing leisure hikes, competitions and camps. Duties also include maintaining and repairing training equipment, completing necessary documents and submitting applications. The training base is located in Otepää. We offer: - Tools needed for work. - Help in finding accommodation in the Otepää area. Other requirements: A water sports coach/hike guide must meet the requirements for a coach or hike guide qualification. If you do not have a qualification, we will help you obtain one. Option to work from home: No Working load, shifts: load by agreement
