Key Responsibilities Personal Care: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, and toileting/continence care. Mobility & Comfort: Help patients in and out of bed, assist with walking, and turn or reposition immobile patients to prevent pressure sores. Nutrition & Hydration: Assist with meal preparation, feed patients who require help, and monitor food and fluid intake. Clinical Assistance: Take and record vital signs (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, pulse), collect specimens, and provide basic medication reminders or prompts. Observation & Reporting: Monitor patient well-being and immediately report any changes in physical or mental health to the supervising staff nurse or manager on duty. Infection Control: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment, dispose of clinical waste, and follow strict protocols for hand washing and sterilization. 39 Hours Per Week
