We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for a skilled chef with a passion for Indian cooking and the ability to maintain high standards in a busy restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities -Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes to a high standard -Plan and assist with daily menus -Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food -Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards- -Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service -Take responsibility during busy service periods and handle kitchen challenges efficiently
