IT User Support Technician Employer: Phonext Limited Job Location: 24 Mount Street Upper Dublin 2 D02 R229 Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €36,605 per annum Vacancies: 1 Phonext Limited, a mobile phone and tech retail store in Dublin, is seeking a reliable IT User Support Technician to support our daily operations. Main Duties: Deliver 1st/2nd-line IT support to store staff (hardware/software troubleshooting, POS systems, mobile devices) Maintain company website, e-commerce platform, and internal tools (basic updates, content, integrations) Install/configure IT equipment (computers, networks, printers) in the store Resolve user issues promptly and perform routine maintenance, backups & security checks Support stock/loyalty software and basic customisations.
