Provide all aspects of personal care to the resident living in the Residential Care Homes. Maintain effective communication with residents, families, colleagues, and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Document care provided in accordance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection requirements. Treat all residents with dignity, respect, compassion, and kindness. Attend mandatory training and participate in ongoing professional development. Work collaboratively as part of the healthcare team. Follow all nursing home policies, procedures, and HIQA standards.
