Shoe Sales Assistant – Arnotts Basement, Dublin Amazing Retail Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Shoe Sales Assistant to join our team in the footwear department located in the basement of Arnotts, Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working with people, has a passion for fashion and footwear, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience for all customers. Assist customers in selecting footwear that meets their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Develop strong product knowledge across a range of leading footwear brands. Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and excellent customer engagement. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation. Ensure stock is replenished, organised, and displayed correctly. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Assist with deliveries, stock control, and inventory management. Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive team environment. Ensure the department is clean, tidy, and compliant with company standards at all times. Requirements: Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable. Experience in footwear, fashion, or premium retail is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, professional, and approachable manner. Strong sales ability with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and busy retail periods.
