Role Overview: As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the daily operation of the business by preparing food, cooking dishes, serving customers, and helping maintain a clean and organized work environment. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation. Cook menu items following company recipes and procedures. Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner. Take orders and process payments when required. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. Keep the kitchen and service area clean and organized. Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and inventory checks. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Help with opening and closing duties. Support colleagues during busy service periods. Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation, customer service, or kitchen work is preferred but not essential. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to learn new skills and take responsibility. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required. Ability to follow food safety and hygiene procedures. Good command of the English language.
