About this role
- Support of process teams on Danucem level - Audits of mills and set up of corrective actions - Continuously analyze equipment/system performance, document findings and propose solutions for improvements. Design new systems, equipment and procedures and propose modifications of existing ones for continuous process improvement. Commission and de-bottleneck new installations. Promote the increased use of AFR; provide comprehensive technical expertise to evaluate AFR with respect to its impact on the process; develop and implement solutions to eliminate/reduce impact of AFR on the process operation. Monitor performance and optimize operation of PCS preparing functional specifications of modifications and new installations. - Prepare quality and process improvements, define needed CAPEX requests and lead realization.
