Main duties of the job This job involves creating a stimulating environment in a care home, focusing on devising activities that support residents' care and support. Part of the role includes getting to know residents and their families to create personalized activity programs. The role is casual and part-time, offering flexibility as activities coordinators work on an as-needed basis. Emphasis is on having a warm, empathetic personality with strong organizational skills and enthusiasm for involving residents and staff in activities. Previous experience is ideal but not essential, as training and development opportunities are provided. Qualifications Essential

Any similar experience in activities coordination or working with elderly is beneficial, but not essential.
