Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Unit Nurse Manager (General) at a Barchester care home, you'll use your compassion and initiative to make sure our residents get the quality care they deserve. You'll be a natural leader who has acted as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurs

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration, experience in care plan production and risk assessments, knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
