Job Description: Are you a talented and driven Project Manager seeking an exciting leadership role? We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and lead construction projects from initial groundworks to completion across various building types. The successful individual will play a key role in delivering challenging design and construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate project teams and contractors to ensure successful completion. Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and compliance requirements to ensure you are meeting specification requirements . Ensure contractors comply with PPE requirements and that all project activities adhere to company health, safety, and environmental policies. Lead and support site teams, including mentoring junior staff. Maintain strong client relationships and provide effective project leadership throughout project phases. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Essential Skills, Qualifications and qualities required: Relevant Level 7 Qualification or equivalent (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Engineering, Construction or Architectural Technology). Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a similar role. Previous or current registration as a Project Manager will be a distinct advantage. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, Drawing Express, Microsoft Office and Cloud file management will be an advantage. Familiarity with public procurement processes, BCAR requirements, and PSDP/PSCS responsibilities. Sound knowledge of Irish Building Regulations Part L, knowledge of construction materials and building services. Possess excellent report writing and communication skills Outgoing personality and customer engagement skills Ability to work well with others in a multi-functional project team. Must be self-motivated and willing to demonstrate initiative. Excellent timekeeping and drive to complete works to committed deadlines. Full clean driving licence.
