This is a 6month Specialist Trainee (ST LAS) post in General Adult Psychiatry (ST4-6) from 6th Aug'26 - 2nd Feb'27, based at:
o Enfield Complex Emotional Needs Service - Team base Chase Farm Hospital, 127 The Ridgeway, Enfield EN2 8JL
o Complex Depression and Anxiety Team (CDAT) / South Camden Core Team - team base South Core Team Margarete Centre, 108 Hampstead Rd, London NW1 2LS

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
MBBS or equivalent primary medical qualification AND MRCPsych examination; OR a specialist qualification in psychiatry from an EU country that complies with the requirements of EU directive 2005/36/EC
Eligibility Essential
Eligibility for full registration with the GMC and a current license to practice at the time of appointment. Eligibility to work in the UK
Clinical Skills Essential
Appropriate knowledge base and capacity to apply sound clinical judgement. Capacity to prioritize clinical need. Ability in basic skills of history taking examination (mental & physical) & synthesis of findings. Basic psychotherapeutic skills
Academic / Research Skills Essential
Understanding of the principles of audit, research & clinical risk management Evidence of active participation in audit
Commitment To Specialty Essential
