Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will support the clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring a positive patient experience. Duties will include assisting within clinics, carrying out basic clinical observations, preparing rooms and equipment, supportive administrative tasks where required and helping maintain a safe, clean and efficient working environment. You will work closely with clinicians, patients and colleagues as part of a busy and supportive team, playing an important role in the day to day running of the service and partnership.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
- Healthcare qualification such as NVQ level 2/3 in health and social care, care certificate or equivalent - GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths
Experience Essential
- Previous experience working within a GP practice - Caring and compassionate approach - Good communication - Ability to work effectively within a team - Willingness to learn and undertake training - Understanding of patient confidentiality and professional boundaries - Experience with clinical systems, SystmOne
