As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Junior Warehouse Operative to join our team in Ballycoolin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in warehousing and operations. No previous warehouse experience is required, as full training will be provided, including forklift truck training and certification. Why Join Us? Opportunity to learn warehouse, logistics, customer service and operations skills About the Role Working closely with our Operations Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse and customer order fulfilment operations. Key Responsibilities Picking, packing and preparing customer orders. Assisting with stock control and inventory management. Recording stock movements using warehouse software. Processing customer orders and related paperwork. Learning and using warehouse and order management systems. Communicating with customers regarding orders and deliveries. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment. Operating warehouse equipment including pallet trucks and forklift trucks (full training provided) What We are Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good attention to detail. Reliable and punctual. Good spoken and written English. Ability to work as part of a team. Driving licence preferred but not essential. Forklift licence preferred but not essential Career Progression This role is designed as an entry point into our business. Successful candidates will have opportunities to progress into Senior Warehouse, Operations, Customer Service or Management positions as the company continues to grow. Full-time permanent position. 40-hour working week.
