Core Duties and Responsibilities: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assisting patients with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Nutrition: Assisting with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring dietary intake. Clinical Assistance: Taking and recording basic patient observations (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, weight) as directed by the Registered Nurse. Environmental Safety: Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy environment, including preventing cross-infection and adhering to hygiene standards. Documentation: Recording care provided and accurately reporting any changes in a patient's condition to the nurse in charge. Eligibility and Qualifications: The standard requirement is the Health Service Skills certification/Care Certificate + Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent, and Communications skills. Must have at least 2 years experience in any healthcare settings. Working environment: Client's home/home support care service/domiciliary care agency.
