Leading clinical and operational activities to ensure we meet key performance and quality standards. Acting as a role model by promoting behaviours that align with Spire's purpose and values. Ensuring patient information is managed in line with Data Protection and hospital policies. Encouraging a safe, inclusive and highquality working environment. Assisting with audits, governance, risk management and performance reviews. Building strong working relationships with external partners to share best practice. Taking responsibility for departmental management when the Outpatients Manager is unavailable.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Registered Nurse (NMC) with a relevant Diploma or Degree.
Experience Essential
Senior-level experience within an outpatients setting. Experience leading a team and working autonomously.

Experience managing clinical audits - desirable
