This position is intended for candidates at the beginning of their professional career in painting who wish to develop their technical skills. The company will provide structured on-the-job training, supporting the progressive development of the candidate while carrying out high-quality painting and finishing work. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, cleaning and applying primers; Apply paints, varnishes and finishing coats using brushes, rollers or spray equipment; Measure and calculate materials to ensure the efficient use of resources; Carry out painting and finishing work in accordance with health and safety regulations and agreed deadlines. Job Requirements No formal qualification or previous professional experience is required; The role is intended for candidates at the beginning of a career in painting and decorating, with basic knowledge of the area; Willingness to develop technical skills through training in a work-based environment; Commitment to complying with health and safety regulations on site.
