Role Overview: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to carry out building maintenance with a focus on plumbing/piping systems and basic IT support. Key Duties: Maintain and repair plumbing, heating, and drainage systems Perform general building maintenance Provide basic IT support (PCs, printers, Wi-Fi, networks) Troubleshoot faults and carry out repairs Respond to urgent and emergency call-outs Keep maintenance records Requirements: Experience in plumbing/piping and general maintenance Basic IT troubleshooting skills Strong problem-solving ability Good English and reliability Desirable: Trade qualification (plumbing/mechanical) Facilities maintenance experience Knowledge of Irish H&S and basic networking
