Job Role Responsibilities Provide expert technical pre-sales support for opportunities involving servers, storage, DR and backup solution. Understand and gather customer requirements and offer complete and cost effective solution Assess, design and present end-to-end Datacentre solutions wrapped with Bechtle Services Creation of technical documentation as and when required, including HLD’s, SoW’s and proposals Support Account Managers to deliver and hold strategic whiteboarding sessions with key customer stakeholders (virtual and F2F) Maintain good understanding of the competitive landscape and complimenting solutions Continuously learn and certify against key vendors within Hybrid Infrastructure such as Veeam, HPE, DELL, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, Nutanix etc. Create and maintain relationships with customers, vendors and surrounding service partners Conduct in-house technology sharing to fellow peers.
