Kildare. This permanent opportunity is ideal for Social Care professionals seeking a rewarding career supporting people with autism through person-centred services that promote independence, inclusion and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans. Assist with daily living activities and personal care where required. Support community participation and skill development. Promote independence, choice and individual rights. Implement and review Person-Centred Plans (PCPs). Maintain professional records and documentation. Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and support networks. Requirements QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent CORU-approved qualification. CORU Registration or proof of application in progress. Minimum 6 months' recent Social Care experience. Understanding of person-centred support practices. Knowledge of relevant Social Care legislation and regulations. Full clean manual driving licence essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
