Social Care Worker | Intellectual Disability Services | Ennis, Co. Clare Location: Ennis, Co. Clare Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE) Hours: Full-time Contract: Fixed-term with potential for permanency Supporting Independence in a Community-Focused Setting This Social Care Worker role is based in a service in Ennis that places a strong emphasis on community integration and everyday independence. You will be supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities to build confidence, develop practical life skills, and take part more fully in their local community, with support that is consistent, respectful, and tailored to the individual. The environment is structured, but the approach is flexible, allowing you to respond to each person’s needs in a meaningful way.
