Wicklow Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 39 Hours per Week Salary: From €38,918 per annum Social Care Worker Jobs Wicklow | Residential Support Services 3Q Recruitment is recruiting for a Social Care Worker to join a specialist Residential and Respite Service in Ashford, Co. Wicklow. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting people with autism through high-quality, person-centred services focused on independence, inclusion and community participation. Key Responsibilities Support people with autism with daily living activities and routines. Assist individuals to engage within their communities. Promote independence, dignity and personal choice. Implement support plans and personal outcome goals. Support the development of life skills and confidence. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Requirements QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent CORU-approved qualification. CORU Registration or proof of application in progress. Minimum 6 months' recent Social Care experience. Strong understanding of person-centred support. Knowledge of Social Care legislation and best practice. Full clean manual driving licence essential. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
