We are recruiting a Senior Supervisor to join a specialist Day Service in Tallaght, Dublin, supporting people with autism. This permanent opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about person-centred support, team leadership and creating positive outcomes for the people supported. As Senior Supervisor, you will lead and support frontline teams while helping to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred services that promote independence, inclusion and community participation. What You'll Do Lead and support staff teams in delivering person-centred services. Promote independence, dignity, choice and inclusion. Supervise, mentor and support team members. Coordinate staff rotas and workforce planning. Support Person-Centred Plans (PCPs) and service reviews. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and organisational policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Work collaboratively with families, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams. What You'll Need Qualifications Degree in Social Care, Social Care Studies, Social Work, Psychology or a relevant Level 8 qualification. Qualifications obtained outside Ireland must be recognised through NARIC. Experience Minimum 1 year's recent experience as a Social Care Worker supporting people with complex support needs. Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Experience managing staff rotas and leading teams. Strong understanding of person-centred support and social care best practice.
