We are seeking an organized E-Commerce Marketing Administrator to join our rapidly growing consumer electronics team. You will play a crucial role in scaling our used and refurbished mobile phone sales. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing professional who has hands-on experience driving sales, managing listings, and building brand awareness on major resale platforms. Social Media & TikTok Marketing Develop and execute social media strategies, with a heavy emphasis on TikTok Shop and organic content (unboxing, device condition showcases, tech tips). Collaborate with the marketing team to create short-form video content, leverage trending audio, and run promotional campaigns targeting the Irish and EU markets. Track engagement metrics, follower growth, and direct sales conversions stemming from social channels. Marketing Administration Coordinate marketing calendars, promotional schedules, and influencer/affiliate partnerships. Track digital advertising and promotional budgets, ensuring all spend is accurately recorded and reconciled. Analyze campaign-level attribution across paid and organic channels to report on ROI. E-Commerce Marketplace Management • Create, optimize, and manage engaging product listings across eBay, Back Market, and other specialized refurbished tech marketplaces. • Monitor daily inventory, pricing, and sales performance; adjust listings dynamically to ensure competitive pricing and high conversion rates. • Administer customer inquiries, process returns, and maintain outstanding seller ratings and storefront health. Key Requirements Experience: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, or a similar administrative role. Platform Knowledge: Proven success or deep understanding of selling consumer electronics (specifically mobile phones) on TikTok, eBay, or Back Market. Skills: Excellent administrative and organizational skills, including a strong eye for detail when uploading product specifications and managing stock. Content Creation: Ability to shoot and edit engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms. Education: A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical e-commerce experience).
