Crummy is recruiting an Agricultural Manager for his farm located at Tivannagh, Boyle, Co Sligo. Key Responsibilities: Plan and oversee crop and/or livestock production activities. Develop planting, harvesting, breeding, and feeding schedules. Manage farm staff, contractors, and seasonal workers. Monitor crop health, livestock welfare, and production performance. Operate and oversee maintenance of farm machinery and equipment. Source supplies such as seed, feed, fertilizers, and chemicals. Implement sustainable farming practices and productivity improvements. Maintain records relating to production, finances, and regulatory compliance. Liaise with suppliers, buyers, government agencies, and agricultural advisers. Practical farming experience is essential for the role.
