Job summary <p><strong>Be part of a team that makes a real difference to children and families.</strong><br>Were looking for a Medical Secretary to provide highquality secretarial <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">support</span> to our Paediatricians and ADHD Practitioners. In this role, youll play a vital part in ensuring clear, timely communication that supports safe and effective patient care.</p><p>Youll be responsible for accurately transcribing dictated medical reports using a digital dictation system, preparing clinical correspondence and working collaboratively with fellow medical secretaries as part of a <span class="single_desc_int_gb_word">supportive team</span>. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is organised, detailfocused and motivated by contributing to positive outcomes in paediatric services.</p><p><strong>Base Location and Working Hours </strong></p><p>The role will be based across <strong>Derby Court </strong>and<strong> St Martins Hospital (Kempthorne House) </strong>and is offered on a <strong>sixmonth fixedterm contract</strong>, with <strong>parttime hours ranging between 15 and 30 hours per week</strong><strong>.</strong></p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Accurately type and process dictated medical reports an
