The Junction Restaurant at Tone Street, Ballina, Co.Mayo is looking for 2 chef de partie to join our team. Minimum 2 years of experience is required.The successful candidates must be able to work in a busy and fast paced environment Duties include assisting head chef in preparing and cooking of food and also develop new products.Ensure food production always in high standard.
