Cowper Care is seeking dedicated Staff Nurses to join our compassionate team at our Nursing Homes in Dublin. We are only able to interview applicants with EEA passports at this time. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement person-centred care plans Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents, staff, and visitors Support residents in social, recreational, and educational activities Adhere to best nursing practices and regulatory standards Requirements: Nursing qualification and NMBI registration Knowledge of HIQA’s National Quality Standards for Residential Care Settings Understanding of dementia care and older persons' needs
