Key Responsibilities: Analyse supplier quotations, pricing structures, and commercial terms to support procurement decision-making. Conduct sourcing and supplier evaluation activities for international procurement categories, including suppliers outside the EEA. Evaluate supplier performance using key metrics such as cost, quality, delivery timelines, and compliance. Maintain and analyse procurement data within ERP and procurement systems (C3) Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis dashboards, and cost comparison models for management review. Perform supplier evaluation and selection analysis using structured assessment and scoring methodologies. Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier risks in assigned international categories. Analyse commercial and operational contract terms and provide recommendations to procurement management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, operations, sales) to align procurement requirements. Support communication with international suppliers, including those in non-EEA regions. Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and supply chain efficiency improvements through procurement data analysis. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing analysis, supply chain analysis, or sourcing support. Experience preparing procurement reports, analysing supplier quotations, pricing data, or purchasing trends. Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in Excel or BI/reporting tools.
