About this role

Job summary

Applications are invited for a Clinical fellow (ST3 Level) in Hepatology to be based at the Royal London Hospital for a one year fixed term post. This post will start from 1st August 2026 and end on 31st July 2027. We are looking for a pro active, enthusiastic trainee who has completed their core medical training and wishing to pursue a career in Gastroenetrology and Hepatology.

Main duties of the job

This post will provide ample opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of Hepatology ( inpatient, outpatient and research) in a Level 2 Hepatology unit in a large teaching hospital in East London. Candidates will be encouraged to undergo training in endoscopy, involve themselves in Quality Improvement projects and enhance their management skills by co-ordinating the paracentesis clinic. There are no on call commitments in this post.
