Please review the Eligibility and requirements for an employment permit if you are unsure of your eligibility to apply for this vacancy. • Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a consistently high standard • Managing and running a specific section of the kitchen during service • Collaborating closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team • Ensuring all food safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety standards are followed • Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment • Assisting with stock control, stocktaking, and ordering supplies • Operating kitchen equipment and reporting any maintenance issues • Minimising waste and supporting efficient kitchen operations
