About this role
Process Optimization: Monitor manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement structural changes to increase efficiency, optimize cycle times, and reduce waste. International Project Support: Travel frequently and flexibly to various European production plants (UK, Italy, France, etc.) to support equipment installation, commissioning, and validation trials. Documentation & Quality: Prepare, update, and maintain work instructions, process sheets, PFMEAs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Problem Solving: Investigate process deviations and complex production issues using structured automotive tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D). Lean Manufacturing: Drive continuous improvement activities using Lean, Kaizen, and 5S principles in cooperation with cross-functional teams. Výhody:ubytovanie
