Job summary ABOUT THE ROLE As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. You will be responsible for respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents and creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment. You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge about clinical care for the elderly.
