Job Description Purpose of the Role: The assembly of printed circuit boards. Key Responsibilities: Set up workstation and machine if necessary. Inspect and repair product if necessary. Peripheral documentation. Housekeeping. To ensure the following performance targets are consistently achieved:- Output - Output based on targets. Quality - to ensure that all product quality is uniform to standard. Safety - to ensure safety of self and others through safe work practices. To adhere to all job procedures and methods. To maintain full control of process step. Operator the machine to achieve the required standards of quality and utilisation. Work with Technicians and Supervisors as a team to achieve goals and improve performance. Ensure all relevant paperwork in maintained (either on hard copy or on the computer) and up to date in order to identify problems and improve quality. Any other duties as may be assigned by your Supervisor / Manager. Responsibility for environmental issues within your area Overall responsibility for health and safety and well-being of staff. Adherence to environmental procedure and reaching Company environmental targets essential. Qualifications Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification. Previous Manufacturing and Industrial experience an advantage.
