Chef / Cook – Production Kitchen (Ballincollig) Hours: 38 hours per week, 11:00am–6:00pm, 5 days (including Monday, Thursday, Saturday; remaining 2 days flexible) Eligibility: Must be legally able to work in Ireland. We do not support visa applications. Job Description (approx. 150 words, bullet‑point format): Prepare, cook, and support daily food production across multiple product lines Work to high standards suitable for schools catering through to fine‑dining clients Follow detailed production plans to meet daily output targets Maintain strict HACCP and BRC compliance at all times Ensure accurate portioning, labelling, and batch recording Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Support consistency, quality control, and recipe adherence Keep all work areas clean, organised, and audit‑ready Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow Receive and store deliveries following food‑safety procedures Report any issues affecting quality, safety, or production timelines Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a production kitchen or food manufacturing facility Strong knowledge of HACCP and BRC standards Ability to work independently and as part of a structured team Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
