T/A The Village Hotel are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive business performance for their restaurant located at Eastham Road, Bettystown, Co Meath, A92 XY19. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, capable of managing staff, maintaining high standards, and delivering an outstanding dining experience. The key responsibilities of the role are: Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service. Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Manage staff schedules, payroll, and performance evaluations. Control costs, budgets, and inventory levels. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth operations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure. Knowledge of health and safety regulations (HACCP). Remuneration is €36,605 - €39,000 (depending on experience) per annum, based on a 39-hour week.
