Blessing Dental Surgery, located at 9 Village Court, Strand Road, Portmarnock, Co.Dublin, D13 KW83, Ireland, is seeking a Clinic Manager. The role will involve planning work schedules, assigning tasks, and delegating responsibilities to practice staff; overseeing staff training and monitoring training needs; taking responsibility for health and safety matters within the practice; organising and overseeing internal and external communications, including patient engagement, marketing communications, and service updates; managing patient relations and ensuring effective communication between patients, staff, and external stakeholders; maintaining patient records and appointment schedules; organising duty rosters for professional and support staff; taking responsibility for stock control of practice equipment, dental supplies, and materials; liaising with suppliers, dental laboratories, insurance providers, and professional bodies; being responsible for billing, invoicing, and financial administration within the practice; overseeing operational efficiency and implementing practice procedures.
