We are expanding our Delegate Acquisition Sales Team. This position will involve business to business sales at the executive level. You will be responsible for acquiring top level executives to be involved in advanced, content-rich, high quality meetings and conferences. These meetings will be educational-based conferences that will offer the benefit of alleviating any current business related issues as well as providing an opportunity to better their overall practices. Requirements: Fluent Swedish skills are required as all communication with clients for these specific events will be done in Swedish. Willingness to travel abroad Excellent selling, closing, and objection handling abilities Adaptable and quick learner Able to set and meet individual targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis Able to execute tasks with minimal supervision and be self-driven within a team structure. Excel at managing multiple tasks at one time and perform in a high energy, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a go-getter with the ability to work in a very autonomous environment. Sales experience is preferred Experience in telephone sales is a merit Bachelor degree is preferred The daily responsibilities include: Targeted lead research, working in CRM, selling over the phone, working collaboratively with several departments within the company, in addition to closing business as often as possible.
