About this role
Work with existing Amazon Business customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their procurement experience and help digitalize their purchasing processes. Collect client's feedback through "the voice of customer" mechanism to support in continuously improving our solution. Partner with EU Sales team and Product Management teams to provide customer perspective as well as customer-driven product improvement ideas. Take ownership in the continued build-out and documentation of the infrastructure and processes of acquiring and onboarding Amazon Business customers
