About this role
Process electronic bank statements and manage cash allocation/dispute resolution Execute credit control activities including dunning and value adjustments/write-offs Maintain customer accounts and handle periodic closing activities Support continuous process improvement initiatives Deliver services in compliance with Covestro policies and procedures Monitor and achieve established service level agreements and KPIs Contribute to process documentation and updates Handle ad-hoc financial requests
