Main duties of the job Join us as a Home Care Assistant at Agincare UK in Bridport. As a Care Assistant, you'll make a real difference by bringing joy and dignity to people's lives. Your role will involve sharing a cup of tea and a chat, helping with daily routines and personal care, and being a friendly face that brightens your client's day. With no prior experience necessary, we offer free, fully funded training and outstanding career development opportunities. You will earn a salary of £13.40 per hour, with flexible working contracts to suit your needs. We also offer a refer a friend scheme, Blue Light discount package, and a company pension scheme. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
No prior experience or qualifications are needed. We provide free, fully funded comprehensive training. You must have a positive, professional ethos and strong empathy skills. A full UK driving licence is required, and you must have the right to work in the UK for a minimum of 12 months. Alternating weekends are also required for the role.
