The Shared Service Center provides quality service in finance, accounting and administrative support to our Core business and most recently also in HR. Since it started its operations in 2006 it has been growing continuously, having now 320 employees representing 30 different nations, enjoying true international atmosphere and having contact with KONE colleagues from several different countries. Job description • Create, maintain and administer data in SAP • Ensure the data input is correctly completed • Contact the Swedish unit front officer for information or additional documentation when required • Participation in team meetings, process analysis and improvement actions Maintenance begins with new equipment installation or winning equipment from competitors and continues throughout the equipment’s life cycle. We have Over 1.1 million units in service all over the world and 70,000 maintenance visits daily Our aim is to increase productivity of field operations and secure high quality service performance provided to our customers. We have impact on Contract area such ‘’Customer risk, service, productivity, sales ‘’ and customer data area ‘’productivity, customer satisfaction / billing and overall operative results.
