About this role
We are looking for an assistant with at least two years of restaurant kitchen experience and a knowledge of Japanese food and culture. Assisting chefs with a range of tasks for preparation of food for restaurant, take away and catering. Blue Light Yokohama is a Japanese izakaya restaurant serving genuine Japanese food.
