Responsibilities include aiding residents with personal hygiene, addressing clinical risks timely, and maintaining courteous behavior towards residents and visitors. Candidates should embody values of care, support, honesty, respect, and accountability, with communication skills and flexibility in taking varied duties. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training is provided. A DBS check and proof of UK work eligibility are required.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Other responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times.
Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, sign of infections and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner. Acting courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident. Practicing safe systems of work across the range of task.ABOUT YOU

Qualifications Essential
Candidates are expected to demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and show initiative. They should respect the dignity of residents and collaborate well within the team, being efficient and flexible to fulfill a range of responsibilities. No previous experience is required due to a comprehensive induction and training program available to ensure role confidence.
